New Hire Course Enrollment Instructions

  1. Click the "Sign Up Here!" link.
  2. Fill out the required fields. Use your email address as your username.
  3. Once registered and logged in, navigate to the course catalog.
  4. Select either the Employee or Manager version of the Harassment & Discrimination Prevention Training. Choose the course appropriate to your position, not both. (Managers - Do NOT enroll in both courses. Everything in the Employee training is covered in the Manager's course.)
  5. Click the green "Add to Roster" button to enroll.
  6. A pop-up will appear; click "Go to Course" to start your required training.

FAQs

  • Is there a completion deadline?
    • Yes, the course must be completed before your first day at Thompson Automotive.
  • Does it matter what internet browser I use to access Zurich University?
    • We recommend using a modern web browser such as Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari. Please avoid Internet Explorer for the best experience.
  • How long does the training take to complete?
    • Employee Harassment & Discrimination Prevention Training typically takes approximately 25 minutes. Manager Harassment & Discrimination Prevention Training usually takes about 40 minutes.
  • What does the course include?
    • Each course features short instructional videos, checkpoint questions for comprehension, a summary of key points, and a final quiz.
  • What is the passing score?
    • To successfully pass the final assessment, a perfect score of 100% is required.
  • What happens if I don’t pass the final assessment?
    • You have the opportunity for unlimited retakes. Simply click “repeat test” to retry the assessment.
  • Can I pause the course without losing progress?
    • Yes, you can pause the course at any time and resume later without losing any progress. Our system saves your progress automatically.
  • How often do I need to take this course?
    • This training is mandatory on an annual basis. You will be asked to complete it once every year.
